This contract is between Dawn Echols d/b/a Pampered Poodles, and __________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as Buyer(s).

SELLER AGREES TO SELL THE AFOREMENTIONED PUPPY FOR THE SUM OF $800.00

Seller/Breeder has provided all necessary 1st vaccinations, worming and veterinarian care to date of sale. The puppy is in good health and free from any serious health issues as certifying health certificate indicated by a licensed veterinarian. Breeder/Seller does not cover communicable diseases or illnesses that were contracted after the puppy has left the breeders home after 30 days. There is a 30 day health guarantee so in the event the puppy becomes sick within 30 days of purchasing you may return the puppy for full refund pending documentation of the illness from a veterinarian including the contact info. for the vet. The seller is not responsible for any vet bills the buyer has incurred for any treatments.  Breeder/Seller does not guarantee size, color or coat type. Some fading may occur as the puppy develops into a adult.

If before the puppy turns 1 yr. of age and is found to have a congenital defect/disease, puppy may be returned to the breeder for a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of delivering the puppy back to the breeder or another puppy can be chosen. (To be discussed between buyer and breeder). Breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred while puppy is in buyer’s possession.

NEUTERING/SPAYING AGREEMENT

Pampered poodles are purebred AKC registered toy poodles and the bloodlines/pedigrees and genetics of our dogs are very important to us. Neutering/spaying of your puppy insures that these bloodlines and pedigree lines stay within our breeding program and requirements.  Limited AKC papers will be delivered by certified mail delivered after proof of neutering/spaying has occurred. Neutering/spaying can take place any time after 4 months of age and before 6 months is preferred. Proof of neutering includes a copy, e-mail or phone snap shot of the receipt of neutering from your registered Veterinarian. The receipt must have letterhead of Veterinarians name, address and phone # and provide the details of neutering, dogs name, date of birth and date of neutering.

Please make sure the photo is clear and has all the info. needed. If you need to send a few different views that is fine.

I, THE UNDERSIGNED, UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING NEUTERING AGREEMENT. FAILURE TO SHOW PROOF OF SPAYING/ NEUTERING MY PET BY DATE_______________ WILL RESULT IN CIVIL LITIGATION WITH THE UNDERSIGNED OWING FEE’S OF UP TO BUT NOT EXCEEDING $11,000.00 IN FINES RELATED TO BREECH OF THIS CONTRACT IN A CIVIL CASE. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEUTERING AND SPAYING OF THE PUPPY WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE RE-SELLING OR GIVING THIS PUPPY TO ANOTHER FOREVER HOME. I UNDERSTAND THAT RE-HOMING A PUPPY DOES NOT FREE ME FROM LIABILITY OF NEUTERING AND/OR SPAYING THE PUPPY I HAVE RECEIVED FROM PAMPERED POODLES AND I AM STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING PROOF OF NEUTERING/SPAYING THE PUPPY.    ______________ (initials)

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A PUPPY FROM US IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO OR PLAN NOT TO NEUTER/SPAY YOUR PET. WE TAKE OUR PEDIGREE AND GENETICS VERY SERIOUSLY AND UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE HAD TO PROCEED WITH LITIGATION IN THE PAST. THIS IS NOT FUN FOR ANYONE BUT THESE MEASURES ARE TAKEN TO PRESERVE THE PEDIGREE AND INTEGRITY OF GENETICS WITH OUR TOY/MINIATURE POODLES.

NO POODLE LEFT BEHIND

Pampered poodles isn’t just a business, it’s our lives. If the buyer is not completely satisfied with this puppy for any reason(Other than health problems mentioned above) or is unable to care for the puppy or adult poodle due to unforeseen circumstances, the buyer agrees to re-home to a forever home or return the puppy/adult dog to the breeder without refund so the poodle can enjoy a forever home. This is very important to us, no poodle should ever experience a pound, SPCA or foster system in it’s lifetime.

The preceding paragraphs contain conditions established by the Seller to ensure the well being of the puppy/dog. The buyer’s agreements will continue for the duration of the dog’s life and the seller will have the right to enforce the agreements.
